SMELLY CAT!!!

Last night was a rough night!
Our cat decided to get into everything she could (i.e. cupboards, garbage, food, pens, nightstands, etc...). We were so irritated that we locked her in the bathroom. Unfortunately (for us), we awoke to find poo all over the floor, bathmat and door-stop. Needless to say, we threw out the mat :(
Oh and my cat is into some weird #$^&!!!
She seems to enjoy things in her bum...very strange!

Dinner is cooking...gots to run!

Just another lazy Sunday

I'm doing nothing right now and it feels great! Sometimes I wish I could do nothing all the time (and get paid for it). Of course, I'd probably get bored doing that, but it'd be nice to experience for a bit.

I love Office Space. Such a good movie! If I had a million dollars, I'd probably travel a whole lot and sleep! I love my sleep.

This week I've spoken to Ang/Tom, Naomi , Myke's mom and my parents. Good talks all around! I just wish that my talks could be done in person rather than on the phone. I sometimes forget what the person on the other end looks like. It's a very strange feeling. I am looking forward to putting faces with the voices in June (and for Myke's mom it will be the end of this month).

Schmaty and I just had an apartment chase. She's so fast and I'm so fat! Funny how the "s" can make all the difference, huh?

I am not eating sweets this week! It's actually been really hard. Hopefully, it will get easier in the next little while. If it doesn't I might crack and make cupcakes (oh, how I love cupcakes).

Myke's company's party has come and gone. Here are some highlights of the event.

Do wa do wa do wa shop?

We've been shopping quite a bit recently. We haven't purchased a lot of things though. We didn't end up winning the big Mega Millions lottery so our budget is pretty tight for clothes and other misc. things. It would be so nice to win millions though. Oh, how that would completely change our lives! Here's to wishing....

We are going to LA this weekend to Myke's company's late Christmas party. They are putting us up at a nice hotel in LA across from the House of Blues. I'm sure it will be nice/fun.

My friend Naomi has been playing around with the idea of coming to visit. That would rock! I love when my friends/family visit. I feel special!

The other day Schmaty (that's our cat) attemped to jump up on our living room chair and failed. She ended up hitting her neck on the side of the chair causing a horrible moaning sound to come out of her little throat. She then quickly ran away with her tail in between her legs. Very sad. I think she was embarrassed. Myke and I had a good laugh though. Animals do the strangest and sometimes funniest things!

Restructuring

My company decided to restructured/reorganize their HR and in that I got "sold" away to Customer Care. As some of you may know, Customer Care is not my passion nor do I enjoy training this material. When I heard this news I was more than a little bit upset. I didn't see this coming at all! I've been doing so well with my team and thought that they'd surely bring me into the new HR structure. I guess it just comes down to numbers :( Of course, I'm still left upset and lost. I need a new plan of action and I need it fast! I can't continue to feel sorry for myself!

In other news: Myke and I rented "For your Consideration" and "The Prestige." I was not a big fan of either actually. I don't think I'd recommend either movie to anyone.

*I'm jealous of my mom right now. She's in TO living it up with family. Lucky!
