Unexpected

I'm going to Georgia this weekend!
I get to see my parents and dog again! And I get to celebrate father's day and my mom's bday (though the celebration is a bit premature).

I think I should be a professional traveller. Is that possible? If not, maybe I should be a professional sleeper. Hmmm...

There's a swimming pool here, yet no one swims in it (including me). This is so weird to me.

UPDATE AS OF 5:11pm PST:
I got a job!!! I'll be an executive recruiter for a search firm. Yeah!

I'm going to miss you when you go. You are my professional traveler. And now you're a professional something else, too. Congratulations, babe! I'm proud of you.

People don't really lounge around it either. People are strange here.

    I miss you guys!

so there's an empty pool and an empty pool patio?! where are the people, inside watching other people swim on tv?

i hope you like you job. actually, i hope you love it but that you also work with some characters and you will make us all laugh with your tales of coworkers writing you awful poetry or making fun of the jimmy carter museum right after i made you guys take me out there ( related, i'm framing my jimmy carter poster to preserve it's precious jimmy carter image!).

    naomi!

I love that you love Jimmy Carter!! I've never seen someone love a former president so much.

At least my job will allow me to meet more people. God, I need to interact with others.

    Please come and visit, k?
Maybe the Canadian Thanksgiving? Or even January/February.
